The Wandering Tattler

Lynn and I will soon depart for an extended journey to Hawaii, Australia, and New Zealand. I plan to use this blog to file illustrated reports on our trip, provided that I learn to use a few essential blogging tools and that once our trip has begun we'll take time from our adventures to compose entries and find convenient internet access. I'm on sabbatical leave from my position as a biology professor at Keene State College in New Hampshire, and the focus or theme of my sabbatical travel and investigations will be island biogeography.

(The Wandering Tattler is a Pacific Coast shorebird. It is also one of the few titles that hadn't already been claimed by other bloggers.)
